What happens if my pass isn't approved by the issuer?+
Passli notifies you immediately by text and IG DM if any credential can't be confirmed. We'll work with you to find an alternative or escalate directly to the brand contact on your behalf. You're never left in the dark.
How does Passli's ground team actually collect my bands?+
Once your credentials are approved, Passli's on-site team goes directly to each brand booth or activation tent and collects your bands in a single run. For bulk company allocations, brands hand the bands directly to our team at an agreed handoff point. Your delegates never need to queue.
What pickup locations are available?+
Passli builds a network of pickup points across the event city: partner hotels, restaurants, and brand lounges. At Cannes Lions, we work with locations across the Croisette and surrounding area. Delegates choose their preferred location and time slot at registration. Everything is ready when they arrive.
Do I need to create an account to use Passli?+
Not for quick pickup. Individual attendees can look themselves up with just their name, phone number, and email. If you want to apply for passes, manage multiple credentials, or use Passli across multiple events, creating a profile saves your details and pre-fills every future application.
Does Passli handle the main delegate badge?+
No. The main delegate badge remains with the event organizer's official credential operation. Passli handles everything around it — wristbands, beach passes, brand activation credentials, VIP dinner bands, party passes, and lounge access. We work alongside the event's badge process, not in place of it.
How far in advance do companies need to sign up?+
We recommend signing up at least 4 weeks before your event to give Passli time to verify credentials, coordinate with issuers, and set up your delegation dashboard. For large delegations of 50 or more, 6 to 8 weeks is ideal. Reach out and we'll advise based on your specific event and credential mix.
What events does Passli currently support?+
Passli is launching at Cannes Lions 2026 and expanding across the global event circuit — SXSW, CES, Art Basel Miami, Sundance, Tribeca, London Fashion Week, and more. The origin

Born from firsthand experience.

Passli was conceived in 2025 after the founder attended Cannes Lions and experienced the credential chaos firsthand. Every activation had its own pickup point, every brand had its own line, and nobody had a better answer. Passli is that answer. The business is launching in 2026 with Cannes Lions as the inaugural event.
